The Purchasers and Purchaser’s Personal Information is one of NikxIT Technology’s most important assets and NikxIT Technology understands it very clearly. Purchaser’s Information including any sensitive financial information collected (as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000), if any, is stored and processed on computers that may be well protected by physical as well as reasonable technological security measures and procedures in accordance with Information Technology Act 2000 and Rules there under. Please do not use Website, If The Purchasers object to Purchaser’s Information being transferred or used in this way.

 

We do not ask for the following details from a Purchaser at any given point:

The data that is available to NikxIT Technology through any of our platforms and stores is recorded, stored and analysed by NikxIT Technology. This includes The data that the Purchaser provide when a purchase is made at the store or on the website. The following is the data information we request the Purchaser to furnish: a) Mobile Number and Email address; b) First name and Last name; c) Pin code & d) Opt-in preference SMS or Email.

This data helps us to make sure that we undertake every possible measure to make sure that our Purchasers are safe while using any of our products during their sporting activities. Bulk Production can sometimes lead to manufacturing defects. Purchasers are contacted and made aware of the risk , and as and when we identify such risk. These contacts are done via various forms which are embedded in the communication that we send across to our Purchasers.

Our exchange period is 10 days from the date of purchase.
