Bhausaheb is a founding member and Chief Executive Officer of NikxIT Technology. He has more than 19 years of rich experience in the development of Enterprise Applications and mission critical applications. He has helped several businesses in the development of value proposition, processes, and systems for new service offerings. Bhausaheb's focus at NikxIT Technology is on long-term business engagements, robust software development support and organization development. Prior to founding NikxIT Technology, Bhausaheb worked with many different large-scaled IT services companies in Pune and US. Bhausaheb started his career as a software engineer and specialized in enterprise application development, Engine Calibrations, Hardware testing over different communication protocols in Automotive Electronics and Infotainment systems domains.

Mrs. Supriya Nagawade

Supriya is a founding member and Director of NikxIT Technology. She has more than 10 years of rich experience in the development of Enterprise Applications. Bhausaheb's focus at NikxIT Technology is on long-term business engagements, robust software development support and organization development. Prior to founding NikxIT Technology, Surpiya worked with largest US Based Financial Services Company by developing Advisory Solutions to its employees. Supriya started her career as a software engineer and specialized in enterprise application development, reporting services in the areas of Advisory business in Insurance, Banking, Mortgage, Tax domains
